Matthew has over 19 years of experience in the plumbing industry. Upon completing high school, Matthew was unsure of what his next move should be. His father suggested to him that starting a trade at a young age would be extremely beneficial as it would give him the opportunity to master the trade over the years.  Matthew took his fathers advice and at the ripe age of 19 years old he ventured out and became an apprentice for a small family-owned plumbing business here in Southwest Florida.   

Over the years, Matt spent 5 years working in residential and remodeling plumbing services and 14 years completing commercial projects including new construction and remodels. If you were to ask Matthew what his core values he prides himself and business on, he would say integrity, quality customer service, family and teamwork. Matthew believes that by always being a forward thinker and an innovative  problem solver, any issues can be solved to the best ability. He likes to use his extensive life experiences to identify problems before major issues arise to assist his customers. Matt believes that attention to detail and preplanning can save his customers valuable time and money in the long run.    

 Finlay Plumbing located in Southwest Florida is a family owned and operated business. Matthew's goal with this company is to build roots solid enough to provide a wonderful and prosperous company to pass on to his son and niece. With the help of his wife Charlene doing clerical work for the company and his brother, who had just joined his crew, they're off to a wonderful start!
